Continuous polyester thread with water-repellent finishing of Coats Gral AW
Coats Gral AW is a continuous polyester thread with water-repellent finishing. This special covering prevents capillary action of penetration of water into a seam, has prerequisites for water-repellent seams. Coats Gral AW has practically no knots, providing the optimum machine productivity and efficiency.
Coats Gral AW has a special water-repellent covering which interferes with capillary effect, thereby providing not penetration of water into a thread. When using the correct tension when tailoring, penetration of water through a needle ear is prevented. Before production Coats recommends to carry out sewing tests to define the most suitable mode of a stitch. When sewing of the laminated materials it is necessary to be especially accurate since the wrong density of a stitch can lead to excessive perforation of a needle.

Dabond AW
Coats Dabond AW is a complex bondirovanny twisted thread from polyester fibers with water-repellent processing.
Dual Duty WR
Coats Dual Duty WR is the reinforced thread from polyester fiber with a cotton braid and special waterproof processing which inhibits capillary effect, providing thereby lack of absorption with a water thread.
